IDX+ assists clubs and families in finding a college for talented individual players. This service is in addition to our extremely successful IDX College ID Showcase which provides an exclusive opportunity for collegiate exposure and access to our recruiting network. IDX+ will essentially act as a personalized recruiter for players that are looking to play at the collegiate level.
If you are a talented player that college coaches have missed, IDX+ could be a great resource and opportunity.
ASSESSMENT
Fill out our IDX+ Online Assessment Form (Link below)! One of our Recruiting Experts will evaluate your academic and playing profile and follow up with you to set up a personalized meeting.

In the first meeting, our IDX+ Expert will get to know you, what you want in a college, what you need in a college, and build your college profile. From here, we will derive an initial IDX+ College preparation plan to kick start your recruitment.

The final piece of our assessment is an in person athletic (football) evaluation to complete your academic and athletic assessment. This is an important piece of the IDX+ recruiting process as it enables our IDX+ Recruiting Experts to identify your current playing level, strengths, and areas of improvement. At IDX+ we will not only help you with the recruiting process but also provide you invaluable tactical guidance to help prepare you to make an impact on your college team.
PERSONAL MEETINGS
Your personal IDX+ Recruiting Expert will help you take control of the recruiting process by building you a personalized IDX+ Action Plan. This will lay the foundation for your recruitment which the two of you will build together.

Throughout your personal meetings, your IDX+ team member will help educate you on the recruiting process and give you our recruiting secrets. Your IDX+ Recruiting Expert will prepare you to confidently message, talk to and connect with college coaches. You are the most important part of the recruitment process.

Throughout the recruiting process, you and your personal IDX+ Recruiting Expert will meet to go over action items and keep you updated on your recruitment. College recruiting is complicated process and personal meetings with your IDX+ team member will eliminate all guessing, stress, and simplify the recruiting process so you can be successful.
YOUR RECRUITMENT
Our IDX+ Team has over 50+ years of college recruiting experience and an extensive college recruiting network. Your IDX+ Recruiting Expert will promote you to schools that fit the profile you both created together.

In this step of the process, your IDX+ Recruiting Expert will actively promote you to college coaches. As this happens, you will continue to have personal meetings to go over interest from collegiate interest, specific conversations with college coaches, your evolving college list, your communications with college coaches, and new developments. While the hardest part of your recruitment is completed by your personalized IDX+ team member, you play a vital role in your recruitment.

Education is a key to the recruitment process and your IDX+ Recruiting Expert will continue to help guide you as you talk with college coaches. This will eliminate the guessing, stress and allow you to be the best version of yourself as you confidently talk with college coaches.
YOUR COMMITMENT
"Your Recruitment" ends when you take a your final decision and make your college commitment. At this point, you will be extremely excited about your college future, but our work is not done.

Once you commit to a college, there is are a good amount of requirements from either the educational institution, financial aid office, or the athletic department. Your IDX+ Recruiting Expert will continue to have personal meetings with you to guide and help you with any questions you may have.
